Known as the angel of healing, Raphael’s energy is a balm for those moving through change, uncertainty, or recovery. Inviting Raphael into meditation creates an added sense of comfort and safety—like being wrapped in a warm embrace.
Through guided visualisation, I gently prompt you to picture radiant green light (often linked with Raphael) surrounding you and your amazonite crystal. This light is said to help ease emotional aches, support physical healing, and lift your spiritual outlook. I find combining angelic support with crystal energy makes the meditation profound yet practical for everyday living.
