High Heart Chakra

'I embrace myself and others with compassion and understanding.'

Connecting to the High Heart With
Angelic And Nature's Guidance

When I sit quietly and centre myself, I am often drawn to the High Heart Chakra – a delicate etheric energy centre nestled between the heart and the throat. It’s a space that brings together kindness, compassion, and a sense of higher love for both self and those around us. In my work at Dragonfly Naturals, many people share that they feel stuck or a bit numb in this chakra, especially during times of stress or heartbreak.

I have discovered that working with both angelic and nature-based guidance supports a gentle opening and realignment of the High Heart. By listening to Archangel Chamuel’s messages, observing local birds like the Pink and Grey Galah, feeling into the subtle essence of Pink Callistemon flower, and holding certain crystals, it is possible to invite both calm and renewal. Today, I want to explore these unique friends in healing, offering practical steps and wisdom you can try at home or in your daily rituals. It’s about nurturing heart-centred balance in simple, genuine ways.

Archangel Chamuel’s Light For
The High Heart Chakra

The presence of Archangel Chamuel is like a soft pink blanket around the High Heart Chakra, offering comfort and a renewed sense of hope. Chamuel’s energy is linked to pure love and kindness — exactly what the High Heart needs if you’ve been through grief, loss, or the tricky emotions that life sometimes brings.

In sessions, I invite Chamuel through a simple mindfulness exercise, often visualising a soft pink light gently swirling around the area just above my heart. I focus on steady breaths, saying, “I am held in love. I share love easily and receive it fully.” This can help to clear feelings of loneliness, restore emotional safety, and support forgiveness — both for others and for yourself.

If you’re practising this at home:

  • Find a peaceful spot, perhaps beside an open window or outdoors, and rest your hands on your chest.

  • Picture a warm glow infusing your upper heart.

  • Invite Chamuel’s support with a quiet intention or a heartfelt prayer.

As you repeat, notice any softening or gentle release of tightness in that area. Remember, there’s no one ‘right’ way; trust what feels calming for you. I also recommend keeping a journal nearby to write down any words, feelings or colours that come to you during this practice.

Grey And Pink Galahs And The Pink Callistemon’s Quiet Teaching

Here on the Gold Coast, the Pink and Grey Galah is often seen gliding playfully across the skies or perching among flowering trees. I’ve noticed these beautiful birds are gentle reminders to greet each day with curiosity and care. In energetic healing, the Galah’s colours echo the blend of the Heart and Crown chakras — inviting us to connect loving intention with higher wisdom.

When Galah's appear near, I pause to ask, “Where can I show more light-heartedness or gentleness?” Their presence feels like a nudge to not take things too seriously and to make space for laughter and friendship, just as the high heart asks us to do.

The Pink Callistemon flowers, also known as bottlebrush, is another friend to the heart. Its blooms often attract native bees and birds, creating a sense of busy but peaceful harmony. I use a simple leaf or flower essence in my practice to anchor that sense of calm resilience and quiet support, especially for anyone processing emotional fatigue.

To work with these energies:

  • Watch for Galah's, either in real life or imagery, and notice what feelings arise.

  • Spend time near Pink Callistemon or use a botanical essence to create a gentle focus in meditation.

  • Reflect on the importance of community and gentle self-support — much like the bottlebrush quietly offers nourishment to the landscape.

Crystals That Sing With
The High Heart’s Vibration

Certain crystals seem to hum in harmony with the High Heart Chakra. My favourites for this purpose are Kunzite, Rose Quartz, and Rhodochrosite — all with beautiful soft pink or rosy tones. These stones carry a vibrational energy that supports unconditional love, self-worth, and a gradual opening to emotional healing.

In my healing space, I like to keep Kunzite nearby, as it’s often called the ‘stone of heart-centred communication’. Rose quartz is a classic for easing grief, calming anxiety, and bringing in gentle nurturing energy, while Rhodochrosite supports forgiveness and letting go of old wounds.

To work with these crystals:

  • Hold a cleansed crystal in your hand or place it just above your heart during quiet reflection.

  • Imagine the energy from the crystal blending with your breath, softening any areas of tension.

  • You might also wish to sleep with one of these stones under your pillow or wear it as jewellery to keep loving energy close by.

Each crystal has its unique song, but together they help you reconnect with your inner warmth and the ability to give and receive love — not just to others, but to yourself as well.

Trusting The Journey
Of Heart-Centred Healing

Honouring the High Heart Chakra is a gentle process, and there’s no need to rush. I have found that blending wisdom from the angelic realm, the natural environment, and the vibrational support of crystals helps weave a nurturing space to heal and grow. Let each day be a new invitation to listen to your heart’s quiet voice, trust the subtle signs from nature, and allow love to gently flow through every part of your being. If you’re feeling called to explore these practices, remember you are not alone in your journey. Every small step towards balance and inner peace is worth celebrating, and I am here to support you on this path with kindness and understanding.
