Loss can come from a lengthy illness or unexpectedly, but the shock and feelings that follow are something you can't really brace for. Everyone experiences grief stages, but sometimes, the pain and shock are so intense, we feel stuck, lost, and frozen in time. The impact of losing someone can lead to sleep problems, panic attacks, anxiety, bad dreams, forgetfulness, and stress, harming both mental and physical health. Finding the right support can be hard. While family and friends are a big help, sometimes outside support is needed to move through grief.My work is guiding you through grieving with a blend of holistic methods from the Dragonfly Naturals Raindrops into Sunshine system.
